Note: The painting was inspired by the song “Dancing in the Fields of Grace”.  You are a new creation able to live in God’s grace. Enjoy the fullness of life.
Meditation: The original painting was part of a series of paintings for the Global Throne Conference Exhibition. In the right corner was a ballerina dancing, but since she was small and all in white I was not happy with the painting. After a few months I got a better idea and so the girl with the flute was painted on top of the ballerina.

Note: This painting tells about God’s love as told in the parable of the Prodigal Son. Orange, red and purple are used to symbolize mercy, kindness, love, grace and forgiveness.
Meditation: This painting can be a starting point for meditation. When you become quiet, looking at the picture, and focus on the eyes of the Father, you become the person embraced by the loving arms of the Father.

Note: The composition of this painting is like poetry, at first glance you can see the orange and golden autumn leaves, but when you look closer you discover a girl enjoying the fresh air after autumns shower of rain, a bird flying and on the left-hand side a couple in a loving embrace. Trees with falling leaves encourage us to let go of the old, the past hurts and to embrace the new season. Orange, purple and red symbolize compassion, grace and mercy, emotional healing.

Note: For this painting, I first covered the background with turquoise and brown ink, and then painted the birds with acrylics. By covering the background with inks I can work more freely and spontaneous.
Meditation: For the United Prayer Frontiers tours to France and Italy I printed this painting on canvas and used it in my teachings. Art speaks across language and culture barriers, the message of the painting “No need to worry ” was well received. Matthew 6: 25-27 Therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not your life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air, they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?”
